We are a Reformed Baptist Church.

We practice the regulative principle in worship which means that Scripture alone governs how we worship God.  Thus we do only five things in our worship services: (1). we read the word, (2). we preach the word, (3). we sing the word, (4). we pray the word and (5). we see the word in the ordinances of baptism and communion.

We affirm the five solas of the protestant reformation: Grace Alone, Faith Alone, Scripture Alone, Christ Alone, To God Alone Be the Glory.  Scripture alone is our rule of faith and practice.  Scripture tells us that Christ alone is our Savior and that we are saved by His grace alone through faith alone in Him.  Because this is all of God, it is God alone who gets all the praise and adoration for our salvation.

We affirm the doctrines of grace made famous by the T.U.L.I.P. acrostic--otherwise known as Calvinism: man's radical and total depravity, God's unconditional election, definite atonement, regenerating and effectual grace, the perseverance and preservation of the saints in God.  We deny the heresy of "hyper-Calvinism" and have found that many people who object to Calvinism are actually objecting to "hyper-Calvinism" of which we would also object.

We are a group of believers committed to being the visible display of God's glory.  We are committed to having no higher treasure than Christ.  As such, we have a strong brotherly and sisterly affection for one another and for sinners without Christ.
